How We Started

Back in 2018, I was working as a financial advisor when I noticed something troubling. Clients would come to me not just for investment advice, but because they couldn't sleep at night. They'd lost jobs, faced unexpected medical bills, or simply felt overwhelmed by mounting debt.

Traditional financial planning wasn't addressing the emotional side of money stress. People needed more than spreadsheets – they needed tools to manage the anxiety, practical skills to regain control, and a supportive community that understood their struggles.

That's when lianovisxo was born. We created Australia's first comprehensive financial stress management program that combines practical money management with mental wellness support.

With over 12 years in financial services and a Masters in Psychology, Rachel understands both the numbers and the emotions behind financial stress. She's personally helped over 3,000 Australians develop healthier relationships with money.

Rachel developed our signature stress-reduction techniques after experiencing her own financial crisis in 2017. "I learned that managing money anxiety requires different skills than managing money itself," she explains.

When she's not running workshops, Rachel volunteers with financial counseling services across Perth and researches the connection between financial wellness and mental health.
