Students collaborating on financial analysis projects

Project Categories

Our students work on three core project types that mirror the challenges financial professionals face every day.

Budget Analysis Projects

Students analyze real household and business budgets, identifying spending patterns and suggesting practical improvements. These projects use anonymized data from actual clients who've agreed to educational use.

Debt Management Plans

Working with case studies based on common Australian financial situations, students develop comprehensive debt reduction strategies. Each plan considers real-world factors like interest rates and living costs.

Wellness Workshops

Students design and present financial wellness presentations for community groups. They learn to communicate complex concepts clearly and handle questions about sensitive financial topics.

Learning Through Mentorship

Every project pairs students with experienced mentors who guide them through real scenarios. Our mentors work in the field and bring current industry knowledge to each project review session.

Students meet with their mentors weekly during project phases, getting feedback that helps them understand not just what works, but why certain approaches succeed in practice. This isn't theoretical learning—it's preparation for actual client work.
