Financial Wellness Learning Program

Master practical strategies for managing financial stress through our comprehensive 12-week program designed for Australian professionals seeking lasting financial confidence.

Real-World Learning That Works

Our program isn't about theory — it's built from years of helping people navigate actual financial challenges. We focus on practical tools you can start using immediately.

Each week combines interactive workshops with personalized coaching sessions. You'll work through real scenarios that mirror what you're facing right now, not generic case studies that don't match your situation.

  • Weekly 2-hour interactive sessions with immediate application
  • Personal financial stress assessment and tailored action plans
  • Access to our resource library with templates and calculators
  • Small group coaching (maximum 8 participants per cohort)
  • Follow-up support sessions at 3 and 6 months post-program

The next cohort starts in September 2025. We deliberately keep groups small because everyone's financial stress looks different, and cookie-cutter solutions simply don't work.

How The Program Unfolds

1

Assessment & Foundation (Weeks 1-3)

We start by understanding exactly where you are financially and what's causing your specific stress. You'll complete a comprehensive financial health check and identify your biggest pressure points. No judgment, just honest assessment so we can build a plan that actually addresses your situation.

2

Strategy Development (Weeks 4-8)

This is where we build your personalized financial stress management system. You'll learn budgeting methods that work for real life, debt elimination strategies, and emergency planning. Each participant gets individual coaching time to adapt the techniques to their unique circumstances.

3

Implementation & Mastery (Weeks 9-12)

The final phase focuses on putting your plan into practice and building the habits that will keep you on track long after the program ends. We address obstacles as they come up and fine-tune your approach based on what's actually working in your day-to-day life.
